If you wanna run VINS-Mono with MYNT EYE camera, please follow the steps:
Install ROS Kinetic conveniently (if already installed, please ignore)
Run VINS-Mono with docker
Install docker
Install MYNT-EYE-VINS-Samples
Run VINS-MONO
